Ltd and/or its associates and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 as amended from time to time and also under international copyright laws and copyright laws of other countries. 2. Product purchase: You and Highband Communications Pvt. Ltd. agree that by placing an order, you offer to purchase the products listed in your order ("Products") on the terms and conditions listed and which will become a contract when accepted by Highband via confirmation that specifically references your order or when Highband ships to you the Products you ordered, whichever occurs earlier, and the banking, negotiation or other use of any payment shall not constitute an acceptance by Highband. When you send your order to purchase Products to Highband, that order shall constitute your agreement to these terms and conditions of purchase. You represent you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or any party you represent.
3. Violation: This Agreement may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other documents. Any such attempt will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Highband.   If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government or by the final determination of any state or federal court, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement  
4. Payment Terms: Payment has to be made as 100% of the invoice value against delivery by Demand Draft. Payment Has to be issued in the name of Highband Communications Pvt. Ltd. after the product has been shipped to the customer.

5. Shipping Charges: It is important to know that free shipping is only within the limits of Mumbai city. Once you book the order at Nett Shoppe', it is not possible to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
   We are responsible and will make the necessary amends if any of the following happen:
   1. Wrong product is shipped
   2. Product was dead on arrival
   3. Product was visibly damaged during shipping.
   4. Overshipment i.e. too many products were shipped
6. Delivery period : We shall dispatch the material within a week. However if there are any delays, we will inform you by e-mail.
7. Taxes: Taxes All inclusive.
8. Octroi: Octroi is extra as applicable and will have to be paid by the customer.
9. Governmental Authorizations: You are solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or other governmental authorizations related to your use of the Products that may be required by any federal, state or local government agency, and for complying with all rules and regulations imposed by such agencies. Neither Highband nor any of its employees is your agent or representative in governmental matters.

11. Software License: All software is provided subject to the end user license agreement that is part of the package. You agree that you will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. If you don't agree to abide by the end user license agreement, you must return the software to Highband, with the software unused, for a refund of your purchase price.
12. Products: Highband policy is one of on-going product update and revision and is subject to change. Highband may revise or discontinue products at any time.
13. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India that relate to the products or this Agreement. You agree and represent that you are buying for your own internal use only, and not for resale.
14. Modifications: Highband reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of your use of this service without any liability. Granting access to this service shall be the prerogative of Highband alone and its decision in this respect shall be final. Highband reserves the right to take all measures necessary to prevent access to this service or termination of service if the terms and conditions of this agreement are not complied with or are contravened or there is any violation of copyright, trademark or other proprietary right as described in this agreement.
